We NEED lots of volunteers. We are all busy ... but if everyone does a little here and there, it helps make all of our amazing events happen for our kids! PLEASE look over this list and complete the interest form.

Volunteer Opportunities
Grand Friends Day: Welcome Our Grand Friends 10/5 & 10/6
- Set up coffee and easy breakfast for our Grand Friends
- Help greet and direct grand friends to the right places at school
The Big Boo!: Our Halloween Themed Carnival on 10/27
- Lead parent needed to help manage all the odds and ends
- Volunteers needed to run shifts at game stations (middle and high school students are great volunteers!)
- Set up and break down help needed
The Auction: Our Biggest Fundraiser of the Year! March 9th
- Co-Chair needed to work with Nora Blackwell to help manage all our amazing volunteers
- Send emails/fill out online forms for donations (great to do at night while binge watching TV) - all info will be provided - you just send the emails!
- Find sponsors for the auction
- Help organize donations in a spreadsheet
- This is a great option for working parents because all volunteering is done outside of school hours
Garden: Help Your Child's Class Learn In New Ways!
- Help get the classroom plant beds ready for planting
- Volunteers to work with the teacher to take classes to the garden to plant and learn more about gardening
Staff Appreciation: Help Our Staff Feel Loved All Year!
- Work together as a team to bring treats, find special items and work to make sure our staff knows how much our school community loves them!
Free Family Fun Nights: Help Us Create Some Fun!
- Help host the movie night! Popcorn, projector ... done! (1/19)
- Help host the school dance! DJ, disco lights ... done! (6/7)
- Help host a TBD night! Board game night? Crafting night? Help us find a new fun Family Fun Night (3/15)
Oregon Battle of the Books (OBOB): A Statewide Voluntary Reading Competition (February)
- Second Lead parent needed to help learn from Jill how to run the OBOB competition
- Volunteers needed to help read questions to students during the competition
- Students in grades 3-5 compete in this amazing event!
